PDP Videos

Give every product a video, without a shoot

A brand's product page with an Immerss video under the photo gallery: the shop's own product name, price, description, size selector and add-to-bag button run down the right-hand column, unchanged.
The buying column of a product page seen close up: the brand's name above the product title, the price, the fabric description, the size selector with M chosen, the add-to-bag button and the shipping line — all of it the shop's own.
The lower half of a product page: the row of gallery thumbnails including a close-up of the belt, and below them the video of the same coat playing, with a small “Powered by Immerss” line at its foot.

The video goes on the product page itself

Not a pop-up, not a feed somewhere else on the site, and not a landing page a campaign has to send people to. It sits on the card the shopper is already standing on, under the photographs, where the decision is actually being made and where the add-to-bag button is a thumb away.

Your name, your price, your button — untouched

Immerss puts the film on the page and nothing else. The photography, the product name, the price, the size selector and the add-to-bag button stay exactly as your platform renders them, and nothing of ours is drawn over them or inside the player.

It joins the gallery the page already has

The film sits with the still photographs rather than instead of them, and it answers what they cannot: how the cloth moves, how the piece hangs, what the length actually is on somebody. For most shoppers that is the whole conversation — they will never open a chat or book a call.

What the clip settles, and what it hands on

A film on the product page is the widest part of the funnel — it works while nobody is staffed and it never asks the shopper to commit to a conversation. What matters is knowing which questions it closes and which it should be handing over.

It answers the volume. Most fit and build questions arrive at eleven at night, and most of them are answerable by showing the thing rather than describing it. A short film does that at scale and asynchronously, for the majority of shoppers who will never open a chat or book a call — which is most of the people who leave without buying.

It knows what it cannot settle. For the highest-value pieces a video usually needs to lead to a conversation rather than replace one. That is where the rest of the toolbox picks up: the AI Sales Agent takes the question the clip raised and answers it around the clock, and hands to a named advisor on live co-shopping when the answer needs a person holding the piece.

It is the same film, working a second shift. A recording that sold well in the room and sits in your Shoppable Video Library does not have to stay there. Attached to the card of the piece it shows, it stops waiting to be browsed to and starts meeting the shopper who is already looking at the thing.

Commissioning the video, and using the video you have

Producing for the top of the catalogue is a real plan and often the right one — our own framework opens with it. What it does not do is reach the rest of the range, because the second hundred products never justify their own booking.
